Absolutely first class response from Brian and 021 Electrician on December 28th, over the phone he advised us step by step what to do after our electricity went out and no response from the fuse board or main switch,we have 2 toddlers under 4 who couldn't understand why we had no lights or tv but in a matter of minutes he sorted the problem and saved our weekend, especially when it was just after Christmas. Very Professional from the moment we made a query to conducting repairs. True to his word, Brian gave us a detailed estimate and his team arrived on the date and time they said they would. Brian and his team engaged with us throughout the job, giving us various options and walking us through the work they had done. For any further electrical work, Brian will be our one stop shop.

We had a fire at our house just before a Bank Holiday week end. I could get no contractor to attend and was desperate.A friend suggested 021 Electrician.I called them and explained what I needed. Before an hour was up they had called out. We couldn’t believe it! The bossman is Brian and he was so good. He tested everything in the house and renewed all of the fire damaged fuse board etc as quickly as possible. He and his men were most sympathetic and efficient and provided a service that we had thought was extinct. The work needed to be done quickly in order for the ESB to be reconnected before the long weekend. We cannot thank Brian and his men enough for answering our call in time of need. He is a registered contractor so don’t waste your time with anyone else, call 021 Electrician. We will be recommending them in future.10 out of 10 for service and value.

I am so grateful that brian from 021 ELECTRICIANS called to my home. He did save our lives. Literally...i could smell burning plastic in my kitchen and discovered that the main fusboard was almost on fire. I switched off the main supply and called brian from 021 Electrician.. he was at my house within 20 minutes and immediatly got to work..he reassured me and my wife that he would fix the problem and he did.. he also checked all the sockets in the house and made sure everything was working ok before leaving..i am so grateful to him for calling so swiftly and now we can sleep at night knowing we are safe thanks to Brian. We had a powercut late at night, and given that we had a child with special needs it became an emergency. After calling a number of ‘24 hour services’ and getting nothing back, I contacted Brian and the call was answered immediately. He triaged what was going on to see if he could fix it over the phone and when that failed he was with us in less than an hour. Brian is knowledgeful, professional and had power back in 10 minutes. I can’t recommend this service enough.

Emergency Call Out Thanks so much to Brian for sorting out our power outage. He clearly explained the cause and other issues that were wrong with the fuse board, that could have potentially resulted in more serious problems. Replaced main switch fuse & RCD, relocated and rerouted wiring, made safe previously installed fuses and switch units, all in all a safer fuse board that gives peace of mind. Speedy response and professional job done, very grateful for his service.

I highly recommend 021 Electrician. I first contacted Brian on a bank holiday Sunday night. 021 Electrician provide 24 hour service. I was so lucky I could speak with Brian who kindly reassured me & advised me, which was great peace of mind for me. Both Brian & Dylan called to look after my issue. Two absolute gentlemen, most professional, efficient & skilled. Yesterday, two of their team completed other work. Unfortunately, I did not get their names, but again, most professional, efficient & skilled. The booking system is easy to navigate & Heather is very accommodating & will look after you arranging a time that suits. Absolutely, great professional service, deserves more than five stars.

I would highly recommend Brian & his fabulous crew!! @021electrician If in need of an excellent electrician & sound advice for any electrical concerns, work/repairs or upgrades as the level of service, advice, customer care and attention to detail with finish/tidiness afterwards. I would not call anyone else for electrical needs having found 5years ago after an electrical fire at home in 2018. So now 2023 I would not have just anyone doing “a quick easy EV charger for car installed” takes time if you want it to be done safely & it done right! to the highest & safest standard like all of Brians work has been. I’m very happy having had Brian & his team to install my EV car charger unit having had such positive experience with explaining steps, answering any questions or product options above and beyond as always, second to none! I first called Brian who promptly arrived one sunny weekend, After an electric shower unit had quickly engulfed home in thick black smoke & began fire in upstairs bathroom, while almost 2year old child was upstairs having afternoon nap, which could have had very deadly!!! consequences. With his help, advise & expertise Brian & his team working with home insurance company/other contractors & trades schedules needed to clean up & repair after a lot of smoke damage for home to be safe & liveable again, without a fault! Works Including but not limited to total rewiring house inside&out building (should be done every 25years!) ungraded fuse box, installed electric shower, boiler water/heating system, smart home electric alarms & monitors, wireless doorbell, light fixtures replaced & fixing, kitchen under cabinet lights & spotlights too!

I am going to start my praise with Jake and Chris, the two electricians who spent the majority of the time on the job and worked so hard that I was simply blown away!! 021 are one of the most professional, honest, skilled and personable trades companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the first consultation with Brian and his crew, they took a deeper look and treated my house like it was their own. The job was a total rewire of my kitchen after a previous electrician had botched it. It was not a cheap job, but I can safely say it was worth every cent. The finish is fantastic and the little touches like making sure everything is as level as can be and the house was not a total mess at the end of a workday is very charming and deeply satisfying. They went above and beyond to get the job finished (half the company was out on the last day to get it over the line) and the job came in on budget which was amazing considering the disaster they were dealing with! I highly recommend 021. I have not one bad thing to say about them and feel like I am in safe hands. Thanks for a job well done lads!

I cannot recommend 021 highly enough. Dylan and his team spent a whole day at our house fixing faults and redoing some works previously completed (poorly) by another electrician. Nothing was too much trouble. Dylan was so helpful and happy to provide advice and guidance before going ahead with the job. The team of lads with him were all fantastic. They did a brilliant job, were so neat and tidy and even cleaned up after themselves. The whole team of lads were all very nice and so professional! Excellent service, would highly recommend and definitely use again. The team did a full house rewire of a 1980s build end terrace 3 bed. The work was completed within a tight time period, with Weekend work when required. Knowledge of building regs and insurance requirements was excellent, and guided what needed to be done to bring the house to today's standard while minimising impacts on flooring and finishes. The house was left in very good shape after, with all chasing and opes plastered and left tidy, only repainting required. Coordination with the team was seamless, using email and online communication for invoicing. Highly recommended from start to finish.
