Called late on a Saturday night after losing all electricity. Brian responded immediately and did basic checks over the phone to ensure a call out was needed. He arrived very quickly and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a burning mains wire which was a serious hazard. He was very thorough in doing additional checks and testing afterwards to ensure there was no additional immediate hazards. Would highly recommend for any issues!
We went with 021 Electrical through the community solar scheme for our estate, and they've been excellent from start to finish. Brian put the proposal together and it was clear and properly costed — including the remedial electrical work our house needed before the system could go in, all itemised up front with no surprises later. They handled the SEAI grant side without fuss. Killian was our electrician and he was absolutely brilliant — knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything as he went, and nothing was a bother. The whole crew were incredibly clean and tidy too. You genuinely wouldn't have known they'd been in the house — not a bit of mess left behind. The system was up and running as promised, and they took the time to walk us through the settings so we could make the most of night-rate charging. Would recommend them to anyone considering solar in Cork

Huge thanks to Brian at 021 Electrician. We lost power to our sockets late on a Sunday night when the RCD tripped and seemed totally jammed. I rang the 24 hr emergency number and Brian answered the call straightaway. I explained my issue and he asked for a few photos of the fuse board and patiently talked me through how to safely get the switch back up and test the circuits. He even stayed online until we had everything working perfectly again. It is so rare to find a tradesman that responsive and genuinely helpful late on a weekend. Absolutely top-class service, I highly recommend him to anyone around East Cork.
