Just wanted to say an enormous thank you to Brian who saved us from a Christmas Day disaster when our power went out at 2300 on Christmas Eve. Brian arrived within 20 minutes and had us back up and running in half an hour. I don't know what we would have done without him. Top class service!

Emergency Call Out Thanks so much to Brian for sorting out our power outage. He clearly explained the cause and other issues that were wrong with the fuse board, that could have potentially resulted in more serious problems. Replaced main switch fuse & RCD, relocated and rerouted wiring, made safe previously installed fuses and switch units, all in all a safer fuse board that gives peace of mind. Speedy response and professional job done, very grateful for his service.

I cannot recommend 021 highly enough. Dylan and his team spent a whole day at our house fixing faults and redoing some works previously completed (poorly) by another electrician. Nothing was too much trouble. Dylan was so helpful and happy to provide advice and guidance before going ahead with the job. The team of lads with him were all fantastic. They did a brilliant job, were so neat and tidy and even cleaned up after themselves. The whole team of lads were all very nice and so professional! It's great to have finally found such a reliable and trustworthy team to call on and great peace of mind after knowing the work has been completed to the highest standard! We had work done in our own house and my father's house and we highly recommend 021 Electrician. Brian and Dylan and the team were a pleasure to work with. When they give you a time and day for work they will be there and on time. From changing light fixtures to wiring no job was too small. So my opinion and my father's opinion we would highly recommend them.

There are two things you want when you lose power in your house (particularly when your fridge is affected!!) - a quick response time from an electrician, and an accurate diagnosis/resolution of the issue. 021 Electrician did both, we were so impressed by the efficiency of the service from contact to callout to resolution. I had an excellent experience with Brian and his team at 021. As soon as I logged a booking request, the office were in touch immediately, I was kept up to date about appointment and arrival times and communication was excellent. Brian and his team had a number of poor wiring and safety issues to correct which were not at all straightforward, but completed on time and everything was left spotless. I felt this was service with integrity and high standards - I would not hesitate to contact them again or to recommend them.

Our very old alarm system suddenly went off late at night and we were unable to stop it. With a newborn baby in the house, we were very quickly becoming frantic. Excellent and timely service - we had a bit of a disaster when our oven blew on New Years Eve. But Brian came out immediately and had the oven fixed within the hour.

I am going to start my praise with Jake and Chris, the two electricians who spent the majority of the time on the job and worked so hard that I was simply blown away!! 021 are one of the most professional, honest, skilled and personable trades companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the first consultation with Brian and his crew, they took a deeper look and treated my house like it was their own. The job was a total rewire of my kitchen after a previous electrician had botched it. It was not a cheap job, but I can safely say it was worth every cent. The finish is fantastic and the little touches like making sure everything is as level as can be and the house was not a total mess at the end of a workday is very charming and deeply satisfying. They went above and beyond to get the job finished (half the company was out on the last day to get it over the line) and the job came in on budget which was amazing considering the disaster they were dealing with! I highly recommend 021. I have not one bad thing to say about them and feel like I am in safe hands. Thanks for a job well done lads!
