We have just had 021 install Solar Panels for us. The process with them from start to finish was ultra professional. Dylan and Brian went through everything beforehand, they took care of installation, Grant Application and the BER cert. I cannot recommend 021 highly enough. Dylan and his team spent a whole day at our house fixing faults and redoing some works previously completed (poorly) by another electrician. Nothing was too much trouble. Dylan was so helpful and happy to provide advice and guidance before going ahead with the job. The team of lads with him were all fantastic. They did a brilliant job, were so neat and tidy and even cleaned up after themselves. The whole team of lads were all very nice and so professional! I highly recommend 021 Electrician. I first contacted Brian on a bank holiday Sunday night. 021 Electrician provide 24 hour service. I was so lucky I could speak with Brian who kindly reassured me & advised me, which was great peace of mind for me. Both Brian & Dylan called to look after my issue. Two absolute gentlemen, most professional, efficient & skilled. Yesterday, two of their team completed other work. Unfortunately, I did not get their names, but again, most professional, efficient & skilled. The booking system is easy to navigate & Heather is very accommodating & will look after you arranging a time that suits. Absolutely, great professional service, deserves more than five stars.

Gave Brian a call at 21:30 on a Saturday night, answered straight away and was able to guide us on what to do over WhatsApp as it was a quick fix, sorted in less than 5mins, very efficient and prompt service, would highly recommend.

Excellent and timely service - we had a bit of a disaster when our oven blew on New Years Eve. But Brian came out immediately and had the oven fixed within the hour.

Emergency Call Out Thanks so much to Brian for sorting out our power outage. He clearly explained the cause and other issues that were wrong with the fuse board, that could have potentially resulted in more serious problems. Replaced main switch fuse & RCD, relocated and rerouted wiring, made safe previously installed fuses and switch units, all in all a safer fuse board that gives peace of mind. Speedy response and professional job done, very grateful for his service.

Professional and efficient service

Prompt, professional and genuinely helpful. I called 021 Electrician late one evening when our power went out unexpectedly. Brian and Dylan arrived within 30 minutes, found the fault straight away and had everything running safely again within 10 minutes. They explained what happened in simple terms and even tidied up before leaving. Couldn’t fault them, brilliant service all around.

There are two things you want when you lose power in your house (particularly when your fridge is affected!!) - a quick response time from an electrician, and an accurate diagnosis/resolution of the issue. 021 Electrician did both, we were so impressed by the efficiency of the service from contact to callout to resolution. Our very old alarm system suddenly went off late at night and we were unable to stop it. With a newborn baby in the house, we were very quickly becoming frantic. After several calls to a number of Alarm Companies to no avail, we were so fortunate to find 021 Electrician Cork. We spoke to an extremely helpful gentleman named Brian who calmly, courteously and quickly was able to help us resolve the problem. We cannot speak highly enough of Brian and the service from 021 Electrician Cork and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was extremely satisfied by the work done. My request wasn't urgent but they still came to do the job on the next day. The lads were super professional, very friendly and paid a lot of attention to detail. They cared to do an excellent job, which you don't see often these days. Truly remarkable.

I am going to start my praise with Jake and Chris, the two electricians who spent the majority of the time on the job and worked so hard that I was simply blown away!! 021 are one of the most professional, honest, skilled and personable trades companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the first consultation with Brian and his crew, they took a deeper look and treated my house like it was their own. The job was a total rewire of my kitchen after a previous electrician had botched it. It was not a cheap job, but I can safely say it was worth every cent. The finish is fantastic and the little touches like making sure everything is as level as can be and the house was not a total mess at the end of a workday is very charming and deeply satisfying. They went above and beyond to get the job finished (half the company was out on the last day to get it over the line) and the job came in on budget which was amazing considering the disaster they were dealing with! We had work done in our own house and my father's house and we highly recommend 021 Electrician. Brian and Dylan and the team were a pleasure to work with. When they give you a time and day for work they will be there and on time. From changing light fixtures to wiring no job was too small. Got a solar pv panel and battery installation from 021 Electrician in April 2026. Good experience with this company - Dylan, Brian and the lads were great to deal with. Turned up on time when they said they would, did the work to Safe Electric and SEAI standards, sorted the SEAI grant for us and did the ESB Networks NC6 application for microgeneration export. 021 Electricians were great to deal with throughout. Will continue recommending them and best wishes to all working there.

As soon as I logged a booking request, the office were in touch immediately, I was kept up to date about appointment and arrival times and communication was excellent. Brian and his team had a number of poor wiring and safety issues to correct which were not at all straightforward, but completed on time and everything was left spotless.
