We had a problem tonight and lost all power. With two small children that was quite worrying. Brian arrived within half an hour and solved my problem for me. He was extremely thorough, explained exactly what he was doing and the repairs he was making and did everything with such pleasantness and warmth. Had a problem with wiring for boiler controls, 021 responded really quickly and Brian came out and got the system back working quickly and also made recommendation for stuck valve that needs plumbing work. 100% recommend.

I had Luke the election out last Friday. Found him extremely helpful and professional in the work that he done. He went out of his to help with extractor hood I was installing. So I would highly recommend 021 as a service.

Huge thanks to Brian at 021 Electrician. We lost power to our sockets late on a Sunday night when the RCD tripped and seemed totally jammed. I rang the 24 hr emergency number and Brian answered the call straightaway. I explained my issue and he asked for a few photos of the fuse board and patiently talked me through how to safely get the switch back up and test the circuits. He even stayed online until we had everything working perfectly again. It is so rare to find a tradesman that responsive and genuinely helpful late on a weekend. Absolutely top-class service, I highly recommend him to anyone around East Cork.

Prompt, professional and genuinely helpful. I called 021 Electrician late one evening when our power went out unexpectedly. Brian and Dylan arrived within 30 minutes, found the fault straight away and had everything running safely again within 10 minutes. They explained what happened in simple terms and even tidied up before leaving. Couldn’t fault them, brilliant service all around.

I cannot recommend 021 highly enough. Dylan and his team spent a whole day at our house fixing faults and redoing some works previously completed (poorly) by another electrician. Nothing was too much trouble. Dylan was so helpful and happy to provide advice and guidance before going ahead with the job. The team of lads with him were all fantastic. They did a brilliant job, were so neat and tidy and even cleaned up after themselves. The whole team of lads were all very nice and so professional! We went with 021 Electrical through the community solar scheme for our estate, and they've been excellent from start to finish. Brian put the proposal together and it was clear and properly costed — including the remedial electrical work our house needed before the system could go in, all itemised up front with no surprises later. They handled the SEAI grant side without fuss. Killian was our electrician and he was absolutely brilliant — knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything as he went, and nothing was a bother. The whole crew were incredibly clean and tidy too. You genuinely wouldn't have known they'd been in the house — not a bit of mess left behind. The system was up and running as promised, and they took the time to walk us through the settings so we could make the most of night-rate charging. I had an excellent experience with Brian and his team at 021. As soon as I logged a booking request, the office were in touch immediately, I was kept up to date about appointment and arrival times and communication was excellent. Brian and his team had a number of poor wiring and safety issues to correct which were not at all straightforward, but completed on time and everything was left spotless. I felt this was service with integrity and high standards - I would not hesitate to contact them again or to recommend them.

Had the team in to rewire the fuse board and redo some outside lights and sockets at my parents’ house. They were very professional and well-mannered throughout. The quality of work was excellent, and they took the time to explain everything clearly to my parents before carrying it out. Highly recommended for any electrical work!

I am going to start my praise with Jake and Chris, the two electricians who spent the majority of the time on the job and worked so hard that I was simply blown away!! 021 are one of the most professional, honest, skilled and personable trades companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the first consultation with Brian and his crew, they took a deeper look and treated my house like it was their own. The job was a total rewire of my kitchen after a previous electrician had botched it. It was not a cheap job, but I can safely say it was worth every cent. The finish is fantastic and the little touches like making sure everything is as level as can be and the house was not a total mess at the end of a workday is very charming and deeply satisfying. They went above and beyond to get the job finished (half the company was out on the last day to get it over the line) and the job came in on budget which was amazing considering the disaster they were dealing with! I highly recommend 021. I have not one bad thing to say about them and feel like I am in safe hands. Thanks for a job well done lads!

Gave Brian a call at 21:30 on a Saturday night, answered straight away and was able to guide us on what to do over WhatsApp as it was a quick fix, sorted in less than 5mins, very efficient and prompt service, would highly recommend.

We have just had 021 install Solar Panels for us. The process with them from start to finish was ultra professional. Dylan and Brian went through everything beforehand, they took care of installation, Grant Application and the BER cert. Dom, Pa, Cian and Luke are brilliant tidy electricians, Mark who mounted the panels was also excellent. Got a solar pv panel and battery installation from 021 Electrician in April 2026. Good experience with this company - Dylan, Brian and the lads were great to deal with. Turned up on time when they said they would, did the work to Safe Electric and SEAI standards, sorted the SEAI grant for us and did the ESB Networks NC6 application for microgeneration export. 021 Electricians were great to deal with throughout. Will continue recommending them and best wishes to all working there.

Highly recommend 021 Electrician! After losing electricity in all the sockets and with my toddler in the house I was really stuck, but the team sorted me out in no time. 10/10 experience, from first phone call this morning to a call out and fix on the very same day. We had work done in our own house and my father's house and we highly recommend 021 Electrician. Brian and Dylan and the team were a pleasure to work with. When they give you a time and day for work they will be there and on time. From changing light fixtures to wiring no job was too small. So my opinion and my father's opinion we would highly recommend them.

Our electricity went in the house after 9pm on a Wednesday night — not ideal with a sick young child! Brian answered the phone immediately and had the issue resolved without any fuss at all.
