We have just had 021 install Solar Panels for us. The process with them from start to finish was ultra professional. Dylan and Brian went through everything beforehand, they took care of installation, Grant Application and the BER cert. Dom, Pa, Cian and Luke are brilliant tidy electricians, Mark who mounted the panels was also excellent. I cannot recommend 021 highly enough. Dylan and his team spent a whole day at our house fixing faults and redoing some works previously completed (poorly) by another electrician. Nothing was too much trouble. Dylan was so helpful and happy to provide advice and guidance before going ahead with the job. The team of lads with him were all fantastic. They did a brilliant job, were so neat and tidy and even cleaned up after themselves. The whole team of lads were all very nice and so professional! It's great to have finally found such a reliable and trustworthy team to call on and great peace of mind after knowing the work has been completed to the highest standard! I was extremely satisfied by the work done. My request wasn't urgent but they still came to do the job on the next day. The lads were super professional, very friendly and paid a lot of attention to detail. They cared to do an excellent job, which you don't see often these days. Truly remarkable.

A trip switch went off on Sunday night around midnight. All lights went out & burglar alarm went off. I tried to turn on relevant trip switch but it would not turn back on. I had to do something as next door neighbour had leaving cert exam next day. I knew it would be expensive to get an electrician in an emergency but had no choice. I googled “electrician cork emergency”. The first 24 hour service number I rang just rang out & nobody rang back. The second number I rang was 021 Electrician and Brian answered within a few rings. I explained problem & he said that if he had to call out he would have to charge so he would talk me through fix. First suggestion did not work so Brian kept going with more suggestions until lights came back on & alarm went off. I was very thankful & insisted on paying but Brian would not take any money. Unbelievable service!! I will definitely use 021 Electrician in future

Huge thanks to Brian at 021 Electrician. We lost power to our sockets late on a Sunday night when the RCD tripped and seemed totally jammed. I rang the 24 hr emergency number and Brian answered the call straightaway. I explained my issue and he asked for a few photos of the fuse board and patiently talked me through how to safely get the switch back up and test the circuits. He even stayed online until we had everything working perfectly again. It is so rare to find a tradesman that responsive and genuinely helpful late on a weekend. Absolutely top-class service, I highly recommend him to anyone around East Cork.

I highly recommend 021 Electrician. I first contacted Brian on a bank holiday Sunday night. 021 Electrician provide 24 hour service. I was so lucky I could speak with Brian who kindly reassured me & advised me, which was great peace of mind for me. Both Brian & Dylan called to look after my issue. Two absolute gentlemen, most professional, efficient & skilled. Yesterday, two of their team completed other work. Unfortunately, I did not get their names, but again, most professional, efficient & skilled. The booking system is easy to navigate & Heather is very accommodating & will look after you arranging a time that suits. Absolutely, great professional service, deserves more than five stars.

Excellent service - I can’t thank these guys enough. All power and electricity was down and it was a Sunday night around 9:30/10 p.m. (We also had a new born in the house & stress levels were high.) Brian put the proposal together and it was clear and properly costed — including the remedial electrical work our house needed before the system could go in, all itemised up front with no surprises later. They handled the SEAI grant side without fuss. Killian was our electrician and he was absolutely brilliant — knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything as he went, and nothing was a bother. The whole crew were incredibly clean and tidy too. You genuinely wouldn't have known they'd been in the house — not a bit of mess left behind. The system was up and running as promised, and they took the time to walk us through the settings so we could make the most of night-rate charging. We recently had a full rewire done by the 021 team and honestly, they were outstanding. Everything was done neatly, on schedule and they kept us informed every step of the way. The attention to detail was second to none and they left the house spotless. It’s rare to find tradesmen this professional. We will definitely be calling them again.

We called 021 Electrician out of hours to help disable a faulty alarm that would not stop going off, and the service we received from Brian was outstanding. He was patient, courteous, and a true gent throughout the whole process. With a newborn baby in the house, the situation was really stressful, and he genuinely saved us. Got a solar pv panel and battery installation from 021 Electrician in April 2026. Good experience with this company - Dylan, Brian and the lads were great to deal with. Turned up on time when they said they would, did the work to Safe Electric and SEAI standards, sorted the SEAI grant for us and did the ESB Networks NC6 application for microgeneration export. 021 Electricians were great to deal with throughout. Will continue recommending them and best wishes to all working there.

I had Luke the election out last Friday. Found him extremely helpful and professional in the work that he done. He went out of his to help with extractor hood I was installing. So I would highly recommend 021 as a service.

Our very old alarm system suddenly went off late at night and we were unable to stop it. With a newborn baby in the house, we were very quickly becoming frantic. Called late on a Saturday night after losing all electricity. Brian responded immediately and did basic checks over the phone to ensure a call out was needed. He arrived very quickly and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a burning mains wire which was a serious hazard. He was very thorough in doing additional checks and testing afterwards to ensure there was no additional immediate hazards. Would highly recommend for any issues!

Excellent and timely service - we had a bit of a disaster when our oven blew on New Years Eve. But Brian came out immediately and had the oven fixed within the hour.
