I am going to start my praise with Jake and Chris, the two electricians who spent the majority of the time on the job and worked so hard that I was simply blown away!! 021 are one of the most professional, honest, skilled and personable trades companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the first consultation with Brian and his crew, they took a deeper look and treated my house like it was their own. The job was a total rewire of my kitchen after a previous electrician had botched it. It was not a cheap job, but I can safely say it was worth every cent. The finish is fantastic and the little touches like making sure everything is as level as can be and the house was not a total mess at the end of a workday is very charming and deeply satisfying. They went above and beyond to get the job finished (half the company was out on the last day to get it over the line) and the job came in on budget which was amazing considering the disaster they were dealing with! I highly recommend 021. I have not one bad thing to say about them and feel like I am in safe hands. Thanks for a job well done lads!

I had an excellent experience with Brian and his team at 021. As soon as I logged a booking request, the office were in touch immediately, I was kept up to date about appointment and arrival times and communication was excellent. Brian and his team had a number of poor wiring and safety issues to correct which were not at all straightforward, but completed on time and everything was left spotless. I felt this was service with integrity and high standards - I would not hesitate to contact them again or to recommend them.

Huge thanks to Brian at 021 Electrician. We lost power to our sockets late on a Sunday night when the RCD tripped and seemed totally jammed. I rang the 24 hr emergency number and Brian answered the call straightaway. I explained my issue and he asked for a few photos of the fuse board and patiently talked me through how to safely get the switch back up and test the circuits. He even stayed online until we had everything working perfectly again. It is so rare to find a tradesman that responsive and genuinely helpful late on a weekend. Absolutely top-class service, I highly recommend him to anyone around East Cork.

Had a fantastic experience with 021 Electrician today. I rang them at 2pm on a Friday evening to see if they could call out to my house to see why the sockets are tripping. They came out straight away and arrived on time and the problem was fixed within 10 minutes. A great service, we would highly recommend!!

Emergency Call Out Thanks so much to Brian for sorting out our power outage. He clearly explained the cause and other issues that were wrong with the fuse board, that could have potentially resulted in more serious problems. Replaced main switch fuse & RCD, relocated and rerouted wiring, made safe previously installed fuses and switch units, all in all a safer fuse board that gives peace of mind. Speedy response and professional job done, very grateful for his service.

I was extremely satisfied by the work done. My request wasn't urgent but they still came to do the job on the next day. The lads were super professional, very friendly and paid a lot of attention to detail. They cared to do an excellent job, which you don't see often these days. Truly remarkable.

Prompt, professional and genuinely helpful. I called 021 Electrician late one evening when our power went out unexpectedly. Brian and Dylan arrived within 30 minutes, found the fault straight away and had everything running safely again within 10 minutes. They explained what happened in simple terms and even tidied up before leaving. Couldn’t fault them, brilliant service all around.

021 Electrican is an excellent service. I needed their assistance and services on Christmas morning, when the power went in the house and the turkey in the oven. A trip switch went off on Sunday night around midnight. All lights went out & burglar alarm went off. I tried to turn on relevant trip switch but it would not turn back on. I had to do something as next door neighbour had leaving cert exam next day. I knew it would be expensive to get an electrician in an emergency but had no choice. I googled “electrician cork emergency”. The first 24 hour service number I rang just rang out & nobody rang back. The second number I rang was 021 Electrician and Brian answered within a few rings. I explained problem & he said that if he had to call out he would have to charge so he would talk me through fix. First suggestion did not work so Brian kept going with more suggestions until lights came back on & alarm went off. I was very thankful & insisted on paying but Brian would not take any money. Unbelievable service!! I will definitely use 021 Electrician in future

Excellent and timely service - we had a bit of a disaster when our oven blew on New Years Eve. But Brian came out immediately and had the oven fixed within the hour.

We have just had 021 install Solar Panels for us. The process with them from start to finish was ultra professional. Dylan and Brian went through everything beforehand, they took care of installation, Grant Application and the BER cert. Our very old alarm system suddenly went off late at night and we were unable to stop it. With a newborn baby in the house, we were very quickly becoming frantic.
