New years eve afternoon . Brian O Sullivan was prompt, professional and polite . Sent me clear videos with dialogue of the problem. Very very happy with his service today.

We had a problem tonight and lost all power. With two small children that was quite worrying. Brian arrived within half an hour and solved my problem for me. He was extremely thorough, explained exactly what he was doing and the repairs he was making and did everything with such pleasantness and warmth. Called late on a Saturday night after losing all electricity. Brian responded immediately and did basic checks over the phone to ensure a call out was needed. He arrived very quickly and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a burning mains wire which was a serious hazard. He was very thorough in doing additional checks and testing afterwards to ensure there was no additional immediate hazards. Would highly recommend for any issues!
