4. Attachments, photos, and safety

If you send photos, videos, or documents (for example fuse boards, meter boxes, or fault locations), you confirm you have the right to share them. Please avoid sending sensitive documents unless we specifically ask for them.

Do not email emergency fault reports where there is immediate danger (burning smell, sparking, smoke, or electric shock risk). Phone us instead so we can respond urgently.

5. Confidentiality and intended recipient

6. Security and viruses

We had work done in our own house and my father's house and we highly recommend 021 Electrician. Brian and Dylan and the team were a pleasure to work with. When they give you a time and day for work they will be there and on time. From changing light fixtures to wiring no job was too small. So my opinion and my father's opinion we would highly recommend them.

021 have worked in my home a number of times They are efficient, friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable and Safety conscious. They are also forward thinking and advise me on new products. I wouldn't trust anybody else and I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Brian, we contacted him on a bank holiday Sunday, he came back to us straight away and sorted our electrical problem in no time and with no fuss, I will definitely be contacting him again, Mary Flynn, ballincollig.

I highly recommend 021 Electrician. I first contacted Brian on a bank holiday Sunday night. 021 Electrician provide 24 hour service. I was so lucky I could speak with Brian who kindly reassured me & advised me, which was great peace of mind for me. Both Brian & Dylan called to look after my issue. Two absolute gentlemen, most professional, efficient & skilled. Yesterday, two of their team completed other work. Unfortunately, I did not get their names, but again, most professional, efficient & skilled. The booking system is easy to navigate & Heather is very accommodating & will look after you arranging a time that suits. Absolutely, great professional service, deserves more than five stars.
